We know it’s not always easy to get your vehicle into the workshop — that is why we offer complimentary vehicle pick-up and drop-off (registered and drivable vehicles) to:

  • HMAS Creswell
  • Jervis Bay Village


All we ask is that you give us 48 hours’ notice and book in advance. This service is subject to availability, so please contact us early to secure your spot.

Who is Eligible?

To access the Defence discount and free vehicle pick-up/drop-off service, simply present one of the following when booking or dropping off your vehicle:


  • A current serving member ADF ID card
  • A White Card or Gold Card issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)

You can show us a physical card or a clear photo at the time of booking or service.

Yes, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice, and bookings are essential to secure availability. Please also note your vehicle must be registered and drivable. 

This discount cannot be combined with other specials or promotions.

Yes, we’re flexible. Let us know your schedule and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We can arrange key drop-off for Defence members who can’t visit during regular hours. If you require after-hours pick-up please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

At this stage, our 10% labour discount is reserved for current serving members and DVA White or Gold Card holders. However, we’re always happy to look after Defence families with personalised service and flexible options.

Yes. We honour the 10% labour discount for Reservists, current serving full-time personnel, and veterans. Just show your ADF ID or DVA card at time of booking or drop off.
