We’re also a NSW Authorised Child Restraint Fitting Station, with both Tom and Dan certified to ensure your little passengers travel safely.

Our lead mechanic, Tom, started his career with Ford and Toyota, gaining hands-on experience working on a wide variety of vehicles — from petrol and diesel engines to hybrid systems. He’s also completed his auto electrical qualifications, so he’s fully equipped to tackle everything from engine diagnostics and ABS issues to wiring and electronic system repairs. Using the latest diagnostic tools, Tom can quickly pinpoint problems and fix them properly the first time. His technical know-how, combined with a careful and thorough approach, means you can trust your vehicle is in expert hands at JB Precision Auto.

Tom works alongside his dad, Dan, who brings hands-on experience from years spent in the defence force, mining and farming. Their combined knowledge means we can tackle just about anything — from daily drivers and 4WDs to fleet vehicles.

When you arrive at JB Precision Auto, you'll likely be greeted by Gloria — Tom’s partner — who takes care of reception and customer experience with a welcoming smile and a professional touch. With a background in finance administration, Gloria ensures everything from bookings to Afterpay is handled smoothly and efficiently. She’s joined by Carlie, Tom’s mum and Dan’s partner, who with experience in day to day business operations helps keep things running across admin and sales.
