We understand that cost is a key concern for our customers. The price of your car repair or service depends on several factors, including the type of work needed, the parts required, and the time it takes to complete.
Before we start any work, we provide a detailed, no-obligation quote outlining the estimated cost. This way, you know exactly what to expect with no surprises.
If during the repair we find additional issues, we will contact you immediately to explain the situation and get your approval before proceeding. Our goal is to be fully transparent and keep you informed every step of the way.
We also offer competitive pricing without compromising on quality, using genuine or high-quality parts to ensure your vehicle’s safety and reliability.

An Express Service is completed in under 1 hour. Most Logbook Services take between 1–3 hours. We’ll let you know when booking and keep you updated if anything changes.
A logbook service follows the specific guidelines set by your vehicle’s manufacturer and is completed at set intervals (e.g., every 10,000km or 6 months). It includes all checks, adjustments, and replacements outlined in your vehicle’s logbook to maintain warranty compliance. We stamp your logbook to confirm the service has been carried out correctly.
A general/minor service is a more flexible, routine maintenance option that covers the basics to keep your car running well. It typically includes:
If your car is out of warranty or you just want a regular check-up, a general service is a great option. For newer vehicles or if you’re keeping up with warranty requirements, a logbook service is the way to go.
We offer both options and can help you choose the right service based on your car’s age, usage, and history.
It’s generally recommended to service your car every 6 months or 10,000 kilometres – whichever comes first.
However, the ideal service interval can vary depending on your:
Regular servicing helps prevent breakdowns, maintains fuel efficiency, and keeps your warranty valid if your car is still under coverage.
Even if you don’t drive much, we recommend at least an annual service, as engine oil, coolant, and brake fluid can degrade over time.
Need help figuring out when your next service is due? Give us a call or drop in — we’re happy to check your logbook and advise.

The check engine light can turn on for many reasons — like engine misfires or emissions system faults. While your car might still seem to drive normally, it's best to get it checked as soon as possible. We use professional diagnostic tools to scan fault codes and pinpoint the issue quickly, helping prevent further damage and costly repairs.
Strange noises like clunking, squealing, grinding, or knocking usually indicate a mechanical issue that needs attention.
Common causes include worn brakes, suspension problems, engine faults, or loose components. If your car sounds different than usual — especially when braking, accelerating, or turning — it’s best to book it in for an inspection.
Catching the problem early can save you time and money.
Your brakes are critical for safety, and there are several warning signs to watch for:
• Squeaking, grinding, or scraping noises
• Vibrations when braking
• A soft or spongy brake pedal
• Increased stopping distance
• Warning light on the dashboard
If you notice any of these symptoms, it’s time to have your brakes checked. We offer brake inspections and repairs using quality parts to keep you safe on the road.
No — driving with a coolant leak or an overheating engine can cause severe damage, including a blown head gasket or engine failure. If your temperature gauge is high, you see steam from the bonnet, or the coolant warning light comes on, stop the car as soon as it's safe and turn off the engine. Call us right away — we can arrange a tow if needed, inspect the system, and get you safely back on the road.
A pink slip (now officially called an eSafety Check) is a safety inspection report required for vehicles over five years old when renewing NSW registration. It confirms your vehicle is roadworthy and safe to drive.
We are a licensed inspection station and can complete your pink slip while you wait – usually in under 30 minutes.
A pink slip is valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue. This means you have that long to complete your rego renewal. If it expires, you’ll need a new inspection.
If your car doesn’t pass, don’t stress – we’ll explain exactly what needs fixing. You have 14 days to get the repairs done and return for a free re-inspection. If it takes longer than 14 days, a new inspection will be required.
Yes – once your vehicle passes the inspection, we submit the pink slip electronically to Service NSW immediately, so you can renew your rego online right away.
