Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period
This offer is valid for logbook service bookings made between 12:00 am 1 July 2025 and 11:59 pm 31 July 2025 (AEST).
 

2. Participating Location
Promotion applies only at JB Precision Auto, Huskisson, NSW.
 

3. Eligibility
 

- Open to retail customers booking a manufacturer‑scheduled logbook service for a passenger vehicle or light commercial vehicle.
 

- Fleet, government, trade, rideshare and taxi vehicles are excluded.
 

- The booking must be made within the Promotion Period; the service itself may be carried out on any available date, but must be completed in a single visit to remain eligible.

4. Qualifying Transaction & Voucher Issue
 

- Upon full payment for the qualifying logbook service, the customer will receive one (1) $50 JB Precision Auto Voucher.
 

- Voucher is issued in‑store at service completion and dated the same day.
 

5. Voucher Conditions of Use
 

- Valid for 12 months from the date of issue (expiry date is printed on the voucher).
 

- Redeemable only toward the customer’s next logbook service or mechanical repair at JB Precision Auto, Huskisson—whichever occurs first.
 

- One (1) voucher per vehicle per visit.
 

- Voucher is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and no change or credit will be given if the transaction total is less than $50.
 

- Cannot be used to purchase accessories, or gift cards, and may not be applied to outstanding accounts.
 

- Cannot be combined with any other discount, offer or promotional pricing.
 

6. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Vouchers
JB Precision Auto is not liable for lost, stolen, defaced or destroyed vouchers and will not replace them.
 

7. Cancellations & Refunds
 

- If a qualifying service is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding voucher becomes void.
 

- If a refund is processed after voucher redemption, the $50 discount will be deducted from the refundable amount.
 

1. Right of Refusal & Changes
   JB Precision Auto reserves the right to verify eligibility, refuse voucher redemption for non‑compliance with these Terms, and amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice if required by unforeseen circumstances.
    
2. Privacy
   Customer details collected for the promotion are handled in accordance with JB Precision Auto’s Privacy Policy, available upon request.
    
3. Governing Law
   These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Australian Consumer Law. Customers’ statutory rights are not affected.
